The Screaming Shadows are an Italian Heavy Metal band founded about ‘97/'98. Their music is a classic but technical heavy metal, influenced by power metal and progressive metal, evident is their predilection for musicality and melody.

The band was in chronologic order their principal works are: “Behind The Mask”, their first full-length dated 2003, “In the name of God” dated 2006.

In 2003 they take part in the Rock-Tv Contest enclosed at the I-Tim Tour 2003, and play live in the contest stage of Alghero. Their performance is broadcasted, with a short interview, on Rock-Tv, during the broadcast “On the Road”. In the same year they are invited by Rock-Tv to take part in the show “Database” for one of the instalments dedicated to the I-Tim Tour 2003.

In the summer of 2004 for the second time the Screaming Shadows take part in the Rock-Tv Contest enclosed at the I-Tim Tour 2004, plaing live during the contest stage of Cagliari , winning the contest. Their performance is broadcasted, with a short interview, on Rock-Tv during the broadcast “On the Road”.The winning of the stage of Cagliari gives to the band the possibility to go to the final section of the contest that goes on in Milano in Piazza Duomo. Their performance is broadcasted, with a long interview, on Rock-Tv during the broadcast “On the Road” dedicated at the finaly of the contest.

The year of 2005 start in the best way with the invitation from Rock-Tv to take part at the recording session of the broadcast of “Salaprove”.

The same year Screaming Shadows have the great possiblity and the great honour of to play live like opening band for one of the most prestigious italian band during a stage of Rock-Tv Tour 2005: Labyrinth. The concert goes on in the city of Palermo and their performance is broadcasted, with a long interview, on Rock-Tv during the broadcast “On the Road”.

In February 2006 comes out, under the Italian independent label “My Graveyard Production”, “In the name of God” , album that sign the end of an important cycle in the story of the band.

La sua musica è un heavy metal classico ma tecnico , influenzato dal power metal e dal progressive metal, in cui è netta la loro predilezione verso la musicalità e verso la melodia.

In ordine cronologico i loro lavori principali sono: “Behind The Mask”, datato 2003 e “In the Name of God” uscito nel 2006.

Partecipano al Rock-Tv Contest allegato all'I-Tim Tour 2003 e suonano dal vivo nella tappa Algherese della manifestazione. La loro esibizione viene mandata in onda, insieme ad una breve intervista, su Rock-Tv durante la trasmissione “On the road”; sempre nello stesso anno il gruppo viene invitato da Rock-Tv a partecipare alla trasmissione “Database” per una delle puntate dedicate all'I-Tim Tour 2003.

L'estate 2004 vede gli Screaming Shadows partecipare per la seconda volta consecutiva al Rock-Tv Contest allegato all'I Tim-Tour 2004 ed esibirsi durante la tappa Cagliaritana della manifestazione, dove vincono. L'esibizione viene mandata in onda su Rock-Tv insieme ad una intervista durante la trasmissione “On the road”. La vittoria della tappa cagliaritana dà al gruppo la possibilità di partecipare alla finale del concorso che si svolge a Milano in Piazza Duomo, anche questa volta l'esibizione viene mandata in onda insieme ad una lunga intervista durante la trasmissione “On the road” dedicata alle finali del concorso.

Nel 2005 la band partecipa alla registrazione di una puntata di “Salaprove” per Rock-Tv; sempre nello stesso anno gli Screaming Shadows hanno la possibilità ed il grande onore di suonare da spalla ad un gruppo tra i più prestigiosi della scena metal italiana durante una tappa del Rock-Tv Tour 2005: I Labyrinth. Il concerto si svolge a Palermo e l'esibizione dal vivo più una lunga intervista vengono trasmesse da Rock-Tv durante una puntata di “On the road”.

Nel Febbraio 2006 esce, con l'appoggio della Label indipendente italiana “My Graveyard Productions”, “In the name of God”, disco che segna la conclusione di un importante ciclo nella storia della band.
